I'm not sure, but I suppose these two cars /vehicle_640230-BMW-5-E39-2001.html should be the same, so maybe somebody should merge them together

No, clearly two different cars. This one is a pre facelift (Before 09/2000), because it has the old headlights, old front bumper and chrome bars on the doors. The other one (/vehicle_640230-BMW-5-E39-2001.html) is a facelift version with the new Celis Headlights, no chrome bars on the doors and new bumper.
