I (want to) see here the square holes shown through the "+ shaped" stain grille of a Series II and the corresponding door hinges. The grille identification could be confirmed by a front view. No doubt however about the long 109"/2.77 m wheelbase.

The door hinges are for sure the ones of a Series IIa, but it has the plastic grille of a Series III The plate appears to be a 1987+ model, so it won't help. ⇒ 1969 Series IIa kept as default identification?
