Both the 3/4 and 1 ton vans could be extended on the commercial version. The passenger version only offered the 1/2 & 1 ton models after 1992 MY. Only the 1 ton could be extended for the passenger version. This looks like the commercial van so this could be 3/4 or 1 ton variant. Removing E-350 and relabeling E-Series. Also, the commercial vans do not carry trim levels. This is another misconeception perpetrated on our site. I have the brochures from 2004-2014 and there isn't any mention of trim levels. What the commercial vans could have is the passenger front with an upgrade package. This gave the commercial vans upgraded front from the XLT passenger version. However, that trim level moniker never was applied to the commercial versions.
