Not assisted by this, and further hindered by the angle of view, this is no more than a bit of a guess. Rolls-Royce 20/25 Sports Saloon, possibly by Hooper. I won't die in a ditch if somebody has a better idea, but it's been there a while and I thought I'd take a punt.
