I've got book references which say the grille shield was Flavia 2000 coupé only with 71+ 2000 coupé only having a small logo badge on panel above grille plus it got rubber strip within bumper, but neither of these differences seem reliable - it works for some, but other apparent 71+ 2000 coupés still seem to have the Flavia 2000 features.

You are right dsl, but the 1972+ Lancia 2000 coupé HF had the old type grille if I remember well.
