When it crashes through a large amount of parked cars:

it reminds me a scene of MythBusters, cf my comment there: /movie.php?id=383126#Comment1923425
(not sure it is actually from MtyhBusters, as I didn't find it listed)
but here it felt quite exaggerated, as this truck is not so big and does not have anything on the front to project the cars in the air... also the headlights are surprisingly though.
After that, the police hoped to stop it with this:

There was an episode there. Ep 12.03, Hollywood Car Crash Clichés. If possible, I can add some cars there.

This is done after they fit a pair of shovel (things like that, large in the front) to the cars' front end. Seen in a behind the scenes video.
