1981 :??: this side code was introduced in 2006: Link to "en.wikipedia.org"

It's definitely not an 80ies G-Modell, much newer.

No way either. This is the original early 80ies G, without that thick tires, without wider wheel arches and without the whole glossy painted plastic applications:

Maybe it was a semi-legal trick to make the car older for tax-reasons? For many years cars, over 25 years old were tax-free in NL.

 P.S. Here wer already discussed the quite confusing G-Modell-systematics: /vehicle.php?id=731381

So there are remarkable and not easy changeable differences in the bodywork during the years, which means, that it's not easy to cobble one version into annother.
