For me it is a 1942 Pontiac.Though very blurred and as far as my view can go,the upper part of the grille looks quite round with a round integrated badge.On Oldsmobiles of 1942 the upper part of the grille was flatter and the badge was not integrated in the grille

I agree with pilou. This is a Pontiac for sure.

There are not central hood stripes that the Pontiac had. There appear to be a horizontal bar just above the top of the bumper guards as in the Oldsmobile grill not in the Pontiac. There is a badge high up on the front center of the hood as the Oldsmobile had. It is so fuzzy another blur.

No chrome strip along the side of the hood like Pontiac had. There appears to be a chrome piece at the back of the hood like Oldsmobile

1946 Pontiac. I suggest Streamliner because wider body than Torpedo
