Were Infinitis available in South Africa? Or sold as something else?

Oldest Infiniti for sale in South Africa on Ooyyo is 2010: Link to "www.ooyyo.com"
But I cannot find neither the Q45 nor the Cima here...

Isn't this Zambia and not ZA?

Meant to be Zambia but credits implied South Africa:

This doesn't matter, as Zambia has no own car-industry and its economy is dependent to ZA

This would've been a Nissan President rather than a Cima. However, the headlights wrap around and appear to be those of the 1994+ Infiniti Q45. In Japan this version was sold as Nissan Infiniti Q45, and I'm not sure if it had a different name in ZA. Can be listed as made for ZA due to the all-amber sidemarkers (became two-toned for JDM in 1994) and repeaters.

But apparently Infiniti brand was first launched in South Africa only in 2012... http://www.carmag.co.za/news_post/infiniti-launched-in-south-africa/

And looking at used cars classifieds for Nissan cars, almost all looks to be EU-spec vehicles, not JDM... Can't really be a second-hand import from Japan? Those seems to be quite popular in the rest of Southern Africa.

Like I said, it's not a JDM due to the repeaters and amber sidemarkers. This car is pretty much the 1994+ Nissan Infiniti Q45 (JDM) / 1994+ Infiniti Q45 (USDM), the trouble is finding out what they were called in ZA.

Quote The Infiniti's previous incarnation in South Africa was in the early 1990's, a 4.1-litre (if we recall correctly) eight-cylinder known as the Q45. Though it was marketed by Nissan it - just like Toyota's association with Lexus - was played down by the parent.
