Sorry this is the best pic available. The round object is a melon that one of the characters carries around as a substitute baby to prove to his girlfriend that he will be a good dad. The melon ends up splattered on the Kingswood windscreen. |

In Australia, what is Holden viewed or classed as; in terms of genre??? Does Holden make Performance, Economy-Value or Luxury cars? (or does Holden make a little bit of everything? ) |

Holden make a varied range of cars from econony models throught to luxury madels and sports models. They are part of GM worldwide and share a lot of worldwide GM models, such as Isuzu, Opel, etc. They export to msot right hand drive markets with some exports badged as Chevrolet (Middle East), Daewoo (Asia), and even I believe Buick (China). New generation Pontiac GTO's are rebadged Holden Monaro's (2 door sports model of Commodore range - now discontinued) They also have a seperate high performance marque - Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) - that are based on basic models but feature higher performance specs and are sold as seperate make through selected Holden Dealers, not all Holden dealers can sell HSV's -- Last edit: 2007-02-18 06:36:07 |
