It's shot in Elstree Studios, and outdoor too. The outdoor location is allegedly 'Melford', and everyhing sounds English there. |

'Melford' in a clip from the movie is near to Aylesbury which coincides with the bus registration 'KX' for Buckinghamshire, so the northern home counties, about 30-40 miles from London not far from the Elstree studios. |

This is either a 16/65 or an 18/85 Series 111, as with the 21hp and 25hp Super Sixes the only external difference is the badge under the illuminated Wolseley badge on the grill.They have smaller side-lamps than the Super Sixes and the fog and pass lamps are mounted just behind the front bumper and forward of the front wings rather than on plinths that protrude through the front wings as on the Super Sixes. |

OK - changed to 18/85 to fit with our other sightings of ST 9960 on Wolseleys at least. |

Logging it as an 18/85 is appropriate as the 16/65 was not successful, very few were sold and it was discontinued in 1939 unlike the 18/85 which was available post war until the introduction of the 6/80. |
