First seen when bought for £75 in "1972" Registration number: 161 MRL ✗ Untaxed Tax due: 01 February 1994 ( a few years before filming, but it looks a bit knackered and nearly ready to resurface as baked bean cans) MOT No details held by DVLA Vehicle make AUSTIN Date of first registration 27 September 1961 Cylinder capacity (cc) 948cc Vehicle status Not taxed Vehicle colour GREEN Also another A40, but grey with white roof Mk2 used as distant period furniture in ep 1 and more obviously in ep2 (as the green one goes past)
