These are supposed to be USBP and DHS FPS Tahoes, but the liveries are wrong. USBP and DHS FPS use a single diagonal stripe on the sides rather than a chevron.

Also, the DHS logo is a made-up one, rather than the real one. Probably due to trademark.

Decent mockups though, they actually look pretty cool.
