I think that the McEwan's truck is a Morris-Commercial, not an Albion. |

Location might be in front of old St Enochs station in Glasgow centre, with background tram running along Argyle Street; station demolished in 1970s and now a big shopping complex. |

With the radiator wider at the bottom compared with the top, looks like early 1930s Leyland to me. (The 'nudge bar' maybe a later addition?) -- Last edit: 2015-12-28 14:58:25 |

I thought aboutLeyland but thought it looked a bit small, sort of 30 cwt-ish. The other thought, from the radiator shape could be Thornycroft. -- Last edit: 2015-12-28 16:18:53 |

Side-lights on the cab, the bulkhead shape plus the radiator says its a Leyland I believe. The only similar Thornycroft (from 1931) I can find is different in these details. http://ccmv.aecsouthall.co.uk/p129790859/h54f04452#h54f04452 |

Smallest model was the 2-Ton or 2¼-Ton Leyland Cub introduced 1934, 138" wheelbase. |
