Oh, this looks like an Australian variant of the full-size mid-1960's Fords.

I did a small amount of digging on this subject and found this - Link to "www.fordmuscleforums.com" - . To quote the relevant part " Most of you would know that before 1965, to get a Galaxie in Australia you had to import one in yourself from the US. From 1965, Ford did assemble Galaxies in Sydney for the local market from knock down kits sourced from Ford's Canadian arm. They came in a choice of 289 or 390, but only the 4 x door sedan was available. Less than 5000 were ever assembled between 1965 and 1972. A small number of Galaxies were converted into Ambulances in the '60s..."

So I guess this one is model origin - Canada, built Australia.
