If without the 1952+ "push button" door handles, then a 1951 only model. Else, a 1951-53 one. The bumper and the wheel hubcaps are those of a light-duty (½-ton 3100) or medium-duty (¾-ton 3600 / 1-ton 3800) model. Due to the short wheelbase (116"/2.95 m?), I'll say a 3100.
