This isn't the best-looking fake plate for our border patrol, but it's OK - I give it a 4.5 out of 10. |

Actually is terribly faked shit. Someone has seen once a German export plate (because it's the export-combination). Just because we have much more trash here, it belongs to the more bearable movie-plates. -- Last edit: 2015-11-25 21:03:32 |

For what it's worth, I've read that US television networks now insist on fictional registration numbers for legal reasons (i.e. so they don't get sued by someone whose number is on the villain's car). See, for example, Spy, where the Hungarian registrations are in an incorrect format even though the film was shot in Hungary. /vehicle_865760-Volkswagen-Bora-Typ-1J.html |

Your idea abput the suit because of having the plate of the villain's car is irrational, but it's interesting, how different the situation in different countries (resp.in movies from there) is. From countries, where you can find out a lot of informations about the car and sometimes even the owner (Sweden, Britain, Norway) via the plate, we have nearly always authentic plates, but elsewhere, where the plate don't tell many detailed secrets, as for example Germany (except the county/town the most plates say not much more), we have mainly made-for-movie-fakes. Every repetition of this movie /movie_135790-Bang-Boom-Bang-Ein-todsicheres-Ding.html nerves the best friend of my colleague. He is a team-leader in the traffic-authorioty in Dortmund. Because the next day several people want to have this plate /vehicle_105927-Ford-Taunus-TC1-1974.html But it's useless. The owner, who has it since over 20 years, will keep it. P.S.
