1000 kg Furgon Tole, I think. |

Peut-être déjà un Voltigeur, même. |

This van doesn't have the 1956+ blinkers (near the headlamps) so it's unlikely to be a 1960-65 Voltigeur / Goélette. But the door opening indicate a 1951-55 model. I'm not sure there is a way to differentiate a 1000 Kg from a 1400 Kg. Through the wheel rims? ⇒ 1951 Renault 1000 Kg (as default identification - the model code is most certainly different)? |

Clues like front-hinged doors (49+) and no more police plate above the rear doors (52+) indicate that at the oldest, this is a 1952+. Little wheels and un-filled wheel-arches would say 1000 Kg instead of 1400 Kg. But I lack sound and uncontradictory sources on this very ubiquous machine. -- Last edit: 2015-11-23 08:53:05 |

renaultoloog.nl (nl - sorry, no anchor: see the "1940-1954" part ) indicates R2060, R2061, R2062, R2065, R2066, R2067, R2087, R2088, R2089, R4065, R4066 and R4088 codes for both the 1000 Kg and the 1400 Kg, confirming the first link I gave about this idea of a different code. By crossing the data of the 2 linked pages, the R208 numbers seem to be only for the 1400 Kg/Goélette, while R406 and R408 are for Voltigeur and Goélette only. But what about all these R206 codes? I found the same information in forums. But that's just forums, so I can't confirm it. -- Last edit: 2015-11-24 02:48:31 |

Renaultoloog, though useful, is not always very accurate and can sometimes be wrong. About the chassis code and some other tips (sometimes contradictory with those of Les Renault de papier, but this last one is only a collection of advertising brochures), I mainly use now Link to "lesptitesrenault.online.fr" as I told before—did I find this pdf here? I can't remember. However, it comes from this site, http://forum.lesptitesrenault.fr/index.php For the question of filling the wheel arches, the fact (not a forum rumor) is that 1400 Kg had bigger wheels than 1000 Kg. |

It's indeed easier to understand with this table giving an overall view Thanks for sharing this link again. You already did it one or two eternity ago, but I forgot it. |
