Iveco Zeta or one of his siblings. In France most likely Iveco. When filmed in France it could also be an UNIC-Fiat Zeta. But it appears like it already has the facelift, where the name UNIC was not used anymore. Oh and Model Origin: Italy, regardless what it is. -- Last edit: 2015-11-19 02:46:28 |

Do you know the date of this face-lifting, Purzel89? |

Sorry, they didnt use the "Zeta" name until 1987. Thats my mistake. We listed those under Iveco Z-Range. But strange, the facelift appeared after this film was released. |

So, this is a 1977+ (or 1979+?) Iveco (still Iveco, yes?) Z-Range. You don't recognize here any Unic or OM-Fiat? |

(The fr.wiki page speaks about a unique Iveco name from 1982 onwards, replacing in France the "Unic" brand.) |

Roof looks indeed like in the 1977+ Z-Range. "Unic" should be the default brand for the French location, but before 1982/83 (when Iveco became the main brand), indeed in France there were also other name combinations for "X" and "Z" trucks, like for example "Unic-OM" and "Unic-Fiat" (2nd for very "heavy" models by what I know). Possible that versions imported directly from Italy had double badging, but ofc. some versions were also made in France. Few brand new French assembled Unic X'es are visible in this movie in scenes filmed next to Unic factory. |

About the "Z-Range", the said fr.wiki page tells they were "built in Brescia" and "distributed in France under the Unic brand". So maybe should we only state "origin: Ita" and "made for: Fra". |
