 I do not think that it is useful to include the engine power in the name of the car (even if it is as extra info), mentionning that in the comments is enough, no?
Btw it should be "kW" and not "Kw".

 It is not mentionned on the UK-Wiki, but on the IT-Wiki I found this:

So I guess that it is what I thought, two versions/trim levels of the same model.

 Links for various plate info sites are on the links page, but the one for NL plates do not seem to work anymore... or at least I do not know where to click on www.rdw.nl to type the plate
