The drive sprocket of the M26 is a little lower, and I have never seen photos of an M26 with the M2 Browning mounted in front of the commander, only M46s. Additionally the cannon is the M3A1 (smaller muzzle brake + bore evacuator compared to M3 gun), although tanks that received the gun and not the other upgrades were M26A1.

I'd say M46 Patton. The drive sprocket of the M26 is a little lower, and I have never seen photos of an M26 with the M2 Browning mounted in front of the commander, only M46s.
