I think this is a Corvair Monza Spyder, We have some really great friends in Cheyenne, Wyoming who have a mint condition, Baby Blue with white top 1963 Corvair Monza Convertible that they purchased new that has the 2 speed Powerglide automatic transmission as well as AM radio and factory air conditioning, I learned to drive in it, What a fun car!!!
