All 1937 DeSotos were classified as a Six, so Desoto Six, then the type of body, in this a sedan of some type...There was a touring sedan. an F/B sedan... |

Looks RHD. Seems from a one-line book reference that some 1930s De Sotos were assembled in UK at Kew works, and some of them at least were badged as Chryslers, but no info which ones, Chrysler namings or useful dates. Anyone any details?? Can this one be regarded as probable UK build?? |

To me the lettering between the chrome uprights of the top of the grill seem to have the standard De Soto letters. Then again...... Anybody got a close-up of the Richmond lettering?? Vintman -- Last edit: 2015-11-02 13:10:18 |
