Unter diesem Namen wurde Sie auch auf dem Heimatmarkt angeboten, parallel zu den übrigen Versionen des Nissan Pulsar. Eine Kooperation zwischen Nissan und Alfa Romeo brachte den Arna hervor, der in einigen europäischen Ländern wie zB. Österreich als Nissan Cherry Europe vermarktet wurde. Mit der Vermarktung des Nissan Pulsar N13 in Europa als Nissan Sunny N13 wurde der Cherry 1986 indirekt durch eine niedriger ausgestattete Version des Sunny abgelöst. Probably not (although I have not looked). UK also got Nissan Cherry Europe, and from memory this was fully badged/detailed (grille etc) as normal Cherry, though had green highlights to badging - so if we have any NCEs, they will be among our Cherrys. The two parallel versions meant both Alfa and Nissan dealer networks had their own product lines to sell without causing showroom confusion.
