 1955-59 C-Series, with the 1959 only fender emblem. The short wheelbase (114"/2.90 m) / short bed (78⅛"/1.98 m) of that truck line indicates a ½-ton 31, and the (1958+) Stepside bed gives it then the 3104 Chevrolet model code.
As 1958-61 Chevrolet light-duty model, an Apache truck indeed.

 The other bed option (Fleetside) was unveiled in March 1958, giving de facto a name to the bed style of this truck starting in 1958. So I think the Stepside complement is relevant.
