I believe this is a Mercedes-Benz [W123] with a special body by Binz called "Ambulance 2000" /vehicle.php?id=816769 . |

I don't believe one can be that fuzzy about details when concerning vehicles built in small numbers. One prototype can be very different from a later version, and small changes can occur all the time during production. The rear lights are probably indicative of an early model (the same as for the W 115) of the W 123 Ambulance built by Binz, because the rest of the body is largely the same. |
