 There was no 'P', 'R' and so on before the 4-series was phased out. In retrospect, the 4-series also gained these series letters. The cabs were given these letters back then, not the trucks. Just list as 112M.

Yes there was. Those P, R, T, and so on, were used in Scania brochures in the 1980s & 1990s.
