The S10 looks to have come out in 2016 for the Mexican market while the refreshed Colorado came in 2013: https://autos.mercadolibre.com.mx/chevrolet/colorado/2013-2019/ Luckily it appears the S10 is the work version and seems to have black mirrors on every model I have searched. That indeed makes this a Colorado.
