This can have some sense, if I undertsand well, the "H kl 6p" was factory name of chassis and "Sd.Kfz.251" was name used by the German army. However "double Hanomag" looks strange to me. We also have some listed simply as HANOMAG w/o 2nd Hanomag : /vehicles.php?make=&model=H+kl+6p
