I don't think there were Dodge Diplomats back in 1951  (or were they sold locally under that name? I guess Diplomat was reserved for DeSoto)I would go for a Coronet (or a smaller Kingsway)... |

It is a Dodge Kingsway, a DeSoto Diplomat clone with Plymputh body and DeSoto front (as the Dodge had such body with Dodge front end). |
