Surprising that Ford made the 2 different formats?? Where was Escort filler?? Also windows here are similar spacing to Escort, but pillar is different (thicker and definitely part of body shell).

The Escort and Squire had the tank/filler at the back, as the space taken by the vans' tank was needed by the estate cars' rear seats and footwell.
