External door hinges = all Mk1 or Mk2, but should have sliding windows. Seats and interior door trim look 1990s onwards. On a real car, this would probably a 1990s something, maybe Cooper, retrofitted as 60s Cooper S. As a drawn car, might as well be entered for what artist probably intended and what it mostly is.
