Badge on the side makes this a Club trim. Not sure when this came out on the Combo but it was 1999 on the related Corsa.

Combo Club was Sept 99 onwards. Started as Merit (poverty) and LS (black hubcaps and side mouldings) in Oct 93, added Epic (extreme poverty - possibly a limited or temporary edition) in Aug 96, SE in Nov 97 (seems slight luxury eg PAS, stereo cassette). There were also Epic 775 and SE 775 versions, but unclear what these were.

Sept 99 seems changeover - Merit and SE dropped (possibly LS as well - unclear) and new versions were Club and GLS, continuing until New Combo arrived in Oct 2001.

Thanks. From what I can find, the 775 versions are just heavier payload models so probably ran concurrently.

^ yes 775(kg) are heavier payloads per the brochures. This payload was optional prior to 2000 and I believe came with 14 inch wheels vs the 13 inch found on the lower payload models.

For MY 2000 the 775s became standard on the 1.7D models and was not optional on the 1.4 gas motor. Also, to note for 2000 the 1.4i motor was replaced with the 1.4i Dual-Fuel.
