All 164 MD class Metropolitans had been sold out of London Transport by the time this was shot, but I'll take a punt and suggest this might be either MD98 or MD99 (OUC98R or OUC99R), which were sold to Brakell of Cheam and used in the BBC sitcom '2Point4 Children' - compare my screencaps: http://busesonscreen.net/screen1/index.php?p=screentv.tv0.2tv4children
