2491tj ◊ 2007-01-24 14:31	37mm Gun Motor Carriage M-6..hurridely produced in early 1942,mounting the standard us army 37mm anti tank gun on a naval pedestal mount in the reinforced bed of a WC weapons carrier,they were only intended for training but a few entered combat in North Africa,following the Operation Torch landings in 1942..useless against tanks,it was a good sniping weapon with a range of a couple of miles.eventualy,most were converted back into standard Weapons Carriers by the removal of the weapon..so in this case the vehicle should not be in the title,just 37mm Gun Motor Carriage M-6.
