Looks like USA spec due to these headlights and rear sidemarker  IIRC, I don't remember if this was sold as double cabin version in our market  |

I think I've solved this mystery. .gif ":)") The IMDB lists Colin Penman as the makeup head for the "snow unit": http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0671939/reference Based on the other productions he's worked on, he is based on Canada, so I feel sure that this very snowy location is somewhere in Canada. |
