It means a special version offered by one of the many coach builders that at that time, the '50s and '60s, "lived" offering such more accurate ed elaborate versions of Fiat 500, 600, 850, 1100... Among those coach builders there were Boano, Ellena, Canta, Allemano, Moretti, Michelotti, Pinifarina, Bertone, Balbo, Zagato, Vignale, Caprera and many others...
