This might be the Headrow in Leeds (but don't throw big rocks at me if it's somewhere else).

 Yes, it's the Headrow looking west. The bus is Leeds City Transport 523 (JUG 523L), a 'Jumbo' Roe bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68/2R new in April 1973.
