 Looks like version of the Ford A-Series. It is however a bit different, than for example this A-Series Van: http://en.autowp.ru/picture/tvutma

 There was a high roof body for parcel delivery/walk-thru versions, also used for campers and mini-bus conversions. This one looks as if 4x4??
