Mostly MK3 Golfs, including an Estate. A few Audis and a Passat Estate in the mix too. Nothing rare. |

I think filming was 95 into 96. Silver estate seems most visible - Golf or Passat?? |

It was. My Mk 3 was blue, but my Mk 4 was Silver and had a sunroof. It couldn't be that, it wasn't built until 2000. I don't recall glass sunroofs on the Mk 3, I recall mine as being metal, but I could be wrong. Mk 3 was P624 ANT, Mk 4 was X931 GBF, I wonder if they're still out there somewhere? Both had done over 100k miles when they left me. |

Link to "forums.vwvortex.com" found that pic of a 1995 Golf with glass sunroof but this one is a 5 door ( no wagon here until nearly the end of MK 4 Jetta )in Pennsylvania. maybe VW started offering them after you bought yours orwas offered only in North America at that time -- Last edit: 2015-03-26 08:51:28 |

Sunroof was standard on March 94 onwards 2.0 GL Estate, which got body colour side strips from July 95. So this is probably early 95 picture. |

Mine were both TDI, 90 bhp then 115 bhp. Followed up with 2 litre 140 bhp engine in Audi A4 Avant, now 2.2 twin turbo 170 bhp in Mercedes. The only way is up! |
