 this is a rare find

the dumper version of the M-54 truck called M-51

 The last link you provided is about a special M-51 his owner asks for help in ID, giving its manufacture plate sporting Kaiser-Jeep origin.

But Olive Drab says
Zitat Production of the M-39 series of five ton trucks began in 1951, in a rush to meet requirements for the Korean War. By 1953 the trucks had been standardized and the early production by International Harvester, Diamond T, and Mack was replaced by much larger contracts with IH and Kaiser Jeep.
IH is quoted first.
