This is a Windovers saloon or limousine, possibly a sedanca or limousine de ville. I would say that it is either a 25/30 h.p. or a Wraith. |

Upon further inspection of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PK6dFiUHCcY) at just after 3 minutes through it can be seen that it is a Phantom III Limousine de Ville by Windovers, chassis number unknown to me. |
