Or Plan B - see the "surf" script on rear wing. UK Surf was slightly dressed up basic (City?) version eg https://www.flickr.com/photos/31965542@N04/12349785773/ but script was different. Dutch Surf - http://www.thegoldencrank.nl/upload/165.jpg - seems about 85-86 - 2 entries here - http://www.thegoldencrank.nl/verkoop_autos/ . Maybe they made a special NL Surf GT?? Or the owner of this black Surf went to a Dutch Halfords and bought some generic stickers???
