 No, theorically it should be built at PCMA Rus plant in Kaluga (Russia). In my family we own a Citroen C4 Aircross (badge-engineered ASX) which was assembled there.

 Mitsubishi stopped their dutch production in 2012. @AleX_DJ: They build the Outlander there and the 4008 and C4 Aircross, but wierdly not the ASX.

Ah, it's very curious indeed. Anyway, ASX and its PSA twins are not 100% twins, maybe this should be the reason.
