That is a very strange looking truck. What are those windows above the headlamps for? |

The glass panels would be down by the driver's legs giving a better view of the near-side kerb and front for manoeuvring, an idea used on other trucks. |

This is actually a ACOF-190. The ACO was 4 wheel, the ACOF was 6 wheel. 4 wheels were used for lighter duty, 6 wheels for trailers, Concrete mixers, tow trucks. |
