1963+ side roof signal and black background for the (non readable) emblem in the middle of the front face: most probably a 1963-67 GM model. A view of the top center of the bus could help: if with a third clearance light, then 1968+ GMC model. For the record, TDH code was not used with all buses as it means: • Transit bus, as opposed to Suburban bus; • Diesel engine, and not Gasoline one. But it appears that almost all New Look used Diesel engines; • Hydraulic (automatic) transmission (vs. Manual transmission). Once again, virtually all buses had the automatic transmission. On earlier models, it was a 1-speed automatic transmission with a torque converter, making it a kind of 2-speed transmission! To complete that code, one needs the number of passengers (33/45/53), 2 digits for the series and A (Air conditioning) or N (No air conditioning, used only on 1968+ models) (All details come from the Wikipedia page dedicated to this bus.
