Have suspected a 2nd ERF used since this ep1.03 sighting of plate on trailer
[Image: 46-50truckj220eya.jpg]
but no confirmation until now. J220 EYA has grey bumper compared to blue on J751 TEH

and looks a bit bigger, but plate info doesn't look very different - J220 EYA = WHITE 1992 ERF E SERIES E12.32ST S TANKER

E12 TX 325, most probably. The lorry on the left in the second thumbnail is a later EC series.

In 2nd thumb, the lorry on the left should be J220 EYA with grey bumper as main; the blue bumper is J751 TEH as separately entered. So is J220 EYA a 1992 EC series??

According to this, J220 EYA was ERF chassis no. 8406.

Diddley squat use for identifying J220, but ERFologists might enjoy J205 EYA and J225 EYA as well. Was Jxxx EYA a significant series for the ERF legend?

And here is J220 EYA itself, confirming it as an E12 TX 325, part of a large batch delivered new to Wincanton Transport for use on Texaco contract work. Many of the survivors from this batch have been converted for further use as recovery vehicles or showman's wagons, some having their chassis lengthened such as J205 EYA in your link.

The second thumbnail shows an entirely different lorry on the left, from the later EC series.

So that's neatly sorted now - also explains plate info as tanker. And I'll keep watch for any more ERFs, like a blue EC Series ...

All three seem to be have been owned by Nortons Hiab Services, Manchester, at the time of filming.
