Post Office only used Morris badged vehicles AFIK. They certainly were in the great majority with the PO. |

Yes, from past listings on IMCDb a Morris LD after about 1966 with commonised grille previously only used on the Austin LD. Double rear wheels so 2 ton rather than 1½ ton. |
