 [PB] one-piece rear window so later model. Could easily be a Velox rather than Cresta I think.

 It is a Vauxhall PA of 1961/62. Latest PA-model because of indicators were not longer in the fins. Not possible to say to 100% if it is a Cresta or a Velox. But because of only one colour and black wheels I think it is a Velox.

 Yes, absolutely agree. Colour, wheels and lack of lairy 'two-tone' = 99% Velox.
