I think it's a 2006 Toyota Camry.

Are these the only pictures of the car? It could be a new Camry, but it seems
a little large for a Camry. I’m thinking Infiniti Q45… Comments?

As it jumps in a lake, a Toyota is more probable :D

The best that I could find:

(though that they may have used a different car for the jump; this one is from an earlier scene)

Judging from the headlights, the car probably is a 2005 Toyota Avalon:

Pic looks super-imposed, computer generated.. I dont think anything went swimming........

It looks a little unnatural, the outline of the car. But, on the other hand, look at the windows, and even the section where the trunk is opened. That looks more realistic than the outline of the car itself, which is an unusual level of detail. Perhaps the open trunk even has something to do with the stunt driver being able to escape? (it's either that, or there's a specific plot explanation for that). I'd think it's more that it's just unnaturally lit because it's a staged event, it looks like there are spotlights illuminating it.

Lexus? http://www.leftlanenews.com/wp-images/media/3-2007-2008-lexus-ls-600h-l.jpg
the rear side window kinda matches the lexus. unless the newer Avalon has changed since the one on the link above.

otherwise the wheels (there's an Infiniti M45 in my work parking lot) makes me think an Infiniti product.
